Tuxedo Winds is an online retailer only. We do not have a store and a staff of salespeople.

We use PayPal for our online shopping cart which makes purchases secure and simple. When you are ready to purchase, there is a “Buy it Now” button next to the description of every saxophone. When we receive your purchase request, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you. PayPal offers credit card processing and also six-minth financing at 0% interest. This is a really great way to make expensive purchases.

The saxophone that you want to purchase will be built in our shop and delivered to you in about five weeks. We do have models in stock from time-to-time for immediate delivery. Used gear is always avaialble for immediate delivery. Shipping is usually via FedEx home delivery for customers in the contiguous 48 United States. We require a signature for delivery to ensure that you receive your instrument.

International customers will be required to pay actual shipping charges and all associated import duties. 

When your new saxophone arrives, it will have been play tested and adjusted after assembly. Typically, it will be ready to play right out of the box. But saxophones are complex machines with dozens of components that all need to be aligned perfectly in order to work. It may be possible that the saxophone requires minor adjustment upon delivery. We anticipate that this will happen and Tuxedo Winds recommends that the final purchaser have the new instrument inspected and adjusted by a qualified instrument repair technician. Tuxedo Winds will not be responsible for any costs associated with this final delivery adjustment.
